Yes, action is the word. It can be so hard to get to that point. It took me quite a few years to be able to even write a few words or dream of singing again. I am so glad my words and songs resonate. I received a message last night from a friend - "it's safe to let go" - so I sat with it and sense it has to do with fear. We can be touched in many ways and this song is one of them.
