SORTA DHARMA TALK #5
A very personal (video) story about being held, handing it over, and finding angels in unexpected places. Plus: how to do a self-breast exam, and don't forget to schedule that mammogram :)

Thank you for this! Been following along with your beautiful words for a few months now. Heading in for my first post diagnosis scans next month and feeling all the feelings. Thanks for leading ❤️
Thank you for this lovely story. Making oneself vulnerable to a kind stranger sometimes has remarkable results. Today I went to a group session on managing anxiety for individuals touched by cancer (my 6 year old grandson has a recurrence of stage 4 cancer). My tears flowed freely when it was my turn to tell why I was there. It felt strange to cry in front of strangers yet the support and kindness I received made it feel like the most natural thing in the world. Vulnerability is perhaps becoming my super power.
