FORTRESS blends craft, method, and practice with mindfulness meditation, emotional support, and a highly customized, results-driven approach to creative fulfillment. I’m here to guide you through the step-by-step process of taking your seat (as the Buddhists say), gathering and assembling your ideas, and ultimately sending your offering out into the world, no matter where you are on your writing journey.

Over 3 months, you will receive:

• Weekly hour-long coaching calls

• Private Voxer messaging, 5 days/week

• Monthly support letters, prompts, readings, and meditations

• Personalized Google Drive to store and share your work

• Written feedback, developmental edits, publishing guidance

Open to writers of all experience levels—beginners welcome! The only prerequisites: a deep desire to write, a willingness to invest in yourself (put some skin in the game!), and the courage to tend to your heart.
